2. Mix the special fried flour into a paste with a consistency slightly thicker than yogurt, or mix it with egg yolk, cooked noodles, raw flour and water to make a paste.
3. Add a proper amount of oil to the pot and burn until it smokes slightly, and turn to a small fire.
4. Wrap the nine-bellied fish in the size and put it into the pot. Slowly soak it in a small fire.
5. Pick up the fish, reheat the pot with fire, then fry the fish in the pot until it is yellow, remove and drain the oil, which can force out the excess oil in the fish. Dish the fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
