Ingredients: low flour 1 50g, whipped cream 60g, milk 60ML, dry yeast 3g, salt 1 g, baking soda1g.
Practice:
1, all the ingredients are kneaded together into dough. (You can make about 50 pieces).
2. Roll the kneaded dough into 2mm thick slices, and punch even holes in it with a fork.
3. Press out the shape with a biscuit model or cut it into rectangles, diamonds and other shapes you like with a knife.
4. Drain into a baking tray and put it in a warm place for final fermentation.
5, 20-30 minutes, fermenting until the dough is slightly thicker, and then baking in the furnace.
200 degrees, middle baking 15 minutes.
