3. A food stall at the entrance of the community on Jingwu Road

This location is also difficult to find. You can see it about 80 meters from the alley next to Jiang Palace. It is worth it. Two things are recommended:

The first one is the specialty barbecue of this food stall - thin tendons!

The material may be the tendons near the pig's stomach. As the name suggests, compared with ordinary tendons, it has very little fat.

Some mm who don't like fat. It's a satisfying meal. It has the chewiness of ordinary meat tendons, but is not greasy. The texture is a bit similar to chicken gizzards. In my impression, this thing only exists there.

4. Donglaishun in Dongting, Zhongbei Road, seems to have one in Wuhan Port now.
