2. When making wine, wash and dry the grapes (or wrap them with a rag after dehydration with a washing machine), mash them and put them in a clean container. Don't fill the container (leave a third of the space), and cover it tightly. Avoid: When making wine, do not touch raw water and oil (it is easy to deteriorate). Open the lid to deflate more than twice a day (shake it a few times), and finally stop venting, so there is no need to deflate again.
3. After one month, empty the container and filter it. It is best to pour it several times to remove the sediment. Store in a closed and cool place.
You can enjoy it slowly in two months. One or two glasses a day (50g each). Very healthy. The wine will not go bad for several years.
