Ingredients: Sydney, Tremella, Lycium barbarum, crystal sugar.
1, wash Sydney, and cut off a cover at the top.
2. Dig out the pulp in the center with a spoon, so that Sydney is in a hollow state.
3. Boil the tremella until soft, cut it into small pieces and put it in.
4. Add Lycium barbarum, rock sugar and red dates in turn, and finally add water.
5. Send it into a preheated steaming oven, steam it in normal steaming mode for 30min, and then take it out and eat it.
