Cordate telosma is a perennial vine twining herb with fragile, hairy and milky white branchlets. Flowers are mostly yellow-green, especially at night, also known as night fragrant flowers and evening primrose. Most of them are potted ornamental plants, and the fragrance makes it difficult to breathe, so it is not suitable for indoor use. Native to South America, China is distributed in Yunnan, Guangxi, Guangdong and Taiwan Province provinces.
The fruit is lanceolate, 7.5 cm long, and the exocarp is thick and hairless. The seeds of cordate telosma are broadly ovoid, about 8 mm long, with white filiform seed hairs at the top.
