Prepare ingredients: coriander, lobster tail, onion, cucumber, ginger and garlic, dried pepper and potato.

Spicy lobster tail
1. Pour the oil into the pot and fry the potatoes until both sides are brown.
2. Pour a little more oil into the pot, add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste to stir-fry red oil, add ginger, garlic, pepper and onion to stir-fry for a while, then add lobster tail, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar and a proper amount of salt to taste, and continue to stir-fry for one minute;
3. Pour in a can of beer and simmer with a small fire cover for about 10 minute, then pour in cucumber and potato cover and continue to stew for 10 minute;
4. Collect juice over high fire and sprinkle with coriander.
