Steps
1. Add yeast and water to the flour in advance, mix well to form a smooth dough, and leave it in a warm place to ferment.
2. Prepare rose curd and pepper powder.
3. Put rose curd with juice in a small bowl, add flour and oil.
4. Add pepper powder and mix well to make shortening and set aside.
5. Divide the fermented dough into two parts.
6. Knead well, roll out into a large sheet and spread with shortening.
7. Roll up the dough from one end and shape into a long tube.
8. Divide into small dosages; shape into small round cakes.
9. Pat the cakes with black sesame seeds and let them rise for 15 minutes.
10. Grease an electric cake pan with a thin layer of oil, put in the cake embryo, and fry for 2 minutes on low heat.
11. Drizzle with cold water.
12. Cover the lid and fry for 6 minutes on upper and lower heat.
13. If you want a more charred and crispy shell, fry both sides for a few more minutes on lower heat.
