Bean dregs, eggs, salt and pepper powder, chopped green onion, peanut oil and glutinous rice flour.
working methods
1. Pour the bean dregs into a large bowl, add two spoonfuls of glutinous rice flour (the amount of glutinous rice flour is whatever you like, and if you want to taste softer, you can add more), an egg, and an appropriate amount of salt and pepper powder (it is the same to substitute salt directly without salt and pepper powder), and mix well.
2. Then add chopped green onion and a spoonful of peanut oil into the bowl and mix well again.
3. Put the pot on the stove, pour in peanut oil and heat it; Scoop up a spoonful of mixed bean dregs glutinous batter with a spoon and spread it in the pot. Adjust the whole edge slightly when spreading to make it into the shape of a round cake.
4. After the pancakes are spread out in the pot, fry them over medium heat. Fry each side for about three minutes. When you see that one side of the bottom of the pot is golden brown, turn it over carefully with a thin wooden shovel and continue frying until both sides of the cake are golden brown.
