Steps of spicy chicken leg hamburger
1.? Cut the chicken leg into three sections, soak it in clear water for 20 minutes, air-dry, prick it with a fork a few times, evenly sprinkle with Chili powder, cooking wine, basil leaves and salt, and marinate for 1 hour;
