Steps
1.Tofu cut into cubes and yardage.
2. Boil water in a pot, when the water boils, put the tofu into the pot to steam for 5 minutes.
3. After steaming, remove from the pot and arrange the shredded green onion on top of the tofu.
4. Heat the frying pan.
5. Drizzle the hot oil over the shredded scallions, and then drizzle some soy sauce on top.
Tips
Tofu I used more tender inner fat tofu, steamed out the texture is very tender.
