Sauté ed pork intestines with onion
1. Wash, peel and cut onions into small pieces.
2. Cut the cooked fat sausage. It is not acceptable for the elderly to fry the whole fat sausage directly. Therefore, it is usually cooked at home and then divided into small portions and frozen in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, take one out.
3. Put oil in the pot and saute the shredded ginger.
