Mulberries are cold in nature and can be paired with warm ingredients. It neutralizes coldness, and red dates and wolfberry are good warm ingredients. Ingredients
800 grams of mulberries, 100 grams of red dates, 30 grams of wolfberry, 100 grams of rock sugar
Production method: 1. Cut off the mulberry stems first, and then use Rinse with running water to remove surface impurities, then pour the mulberries into a large basin, add a spoonful of flour, a spoonful of baking soda and a spoonful of edible salt, then stir gently with your hands and soak for 20 minutes. After soaking, pour Drain the dirty water, rinse it with clean water 3 to 5 times, take it out after washing and set aside.
Note: Flour has a strong adsorption force and can easily absorb dust and impurities on the surface of mulberries; salt has the effect of disinfection and sterilization; washing mulberries with baking soda can effectively remove bacteria and pesticide residues.
2. Pour the cleaned mulberries into the wall breaking machine, then pour in a small amount of water, select the juice function and beat for one minute. If the wall breaking machine has a small capacity, beat it in four times. Pour all the beaten mulberry juice into the non-stick pan.
4. Put the red dates and wolfberry into a large bowl, add a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of baking soda, then pour in an appropriate amount of water, and wash the red dates and wolfberry with your hands. Take it out and wash it twice with running water.
5. Cut the red dates into small pieces with scissors and remove the date core. Then pour the cut red dates and wolfberries into the wall breaking machine and select the juice function to beat.
6. Pour the beaten red dates and wolfberry puree into the mulberry puree, stir evenly and then boil over high heat. There will be more water in the early stage, so just stir it from time to time.
7. After boiling, add an appropriate amount of lemon juice. Adding lemon juice can adjust the taste and extend the shelf life.
8. After simmering for 50 minutes, the water in the mulberries has reduced and dense small bubbles have appeared. At this time, pour in the rock sugar, then turn to low heat and stir continuously.
9. Stir until it becomes thick and then turn off the heat.
10. Let cool slightly and store it in a water-free and oil-free sealed jar. Take it as you go. You can make a little more at a time and it won't go bad if you keep it for a year.

Tips
① Mulberry is cold, and those with spleen deficiency and loose stools should not eat mulberries, otherwise it will easily aggravate diarrhea.
