Steps
1 .Put the rice dumpling leaves into boiling water and blanch until soft, take them out and wash them with clean water. Use scissors to cut off the diameter part at the front
2. Soak the glutinous rice in water for 3-4 hours, take it out and wash it. Control the moisture, add appropriate amount of sugar and olive oil and mix well
3. Roll the processed leaves into a funnel shape, add glutinous rice to half of the funnel, and add pitted red dates
4. Put another handful of glutinous rice to cover the red dates
5. Fold the rice dumpling leaves in one direction to completely wrap the glutinous rice
6. Fold them into a triangle shape and tie them firmly with cotton thread
7. Wrap all the rice dumplings in turn
8. Put the rice dumplings into the pressure cooker, add water to the rice dumpling surface

Tips
The water used to cook the rice dumplings must cover the rice dumpling noodles, so that the bottom rice dumplings will not be cooked and the top rice dumplings will not be mixed with uncooked rice.
The cotton rope must be tied firmly, otherwise the rope will loosen when boiled and the rice will spill into the pot
