Electric pot roasted pork rice

A piece of pork belly
Method
(1) Pork belly Wash and marinate with marinade for fifteen minutes. Wash the rice in the electric pot and soak it for about fifteen minutes.
(2) Heat the pan, without adding oil, directly place the pork belly pieces and fry until each side is brown. Put the fried pork belly pieces into the electric pot, add the stew ingredients, stir slightly, add 50ml more water than usual for cooking, and press the rice cooking switch of the electric pot.
(3) After the electric pot is cooked, simmer for another ten to fifteen minutes, take out the pork belly and slice it, serve rice, add the meat slices, and fry a poached egg to make a perfect meal.
