How to make apple yogurt egg pancakes

Ingredients:

One egg,

120g yogurt

30g flour

15g apple

Steps:

1. Cut the apple into small cubes

2. Mix flour, eggs and yogurt and stir evenly

3. Brush oil on a hot pan and pour in the paste. Sprinkle the apple slices, cover the pot and simmer over low heat until it is set and turn over! Fry until both sides are golden brown and cooked through!
