Steps
1. Mix and knead the dough ingredients until smooth, place in a warm place to ferment until doubled in size.
2. Add water, salt and pepper to the sesame paste and mix until it becomes a thin paste and set aside.
3. Roll the fermented dough into a large sheet about 3mm thick.
4. Spread the prepared sesame sauce evenly on it.
5. Roll the dough into a tube shape from one section.
6. Cut into 6 sections.
7. Take a small portion, turn the cutouts on both sides downward, wrap it at the bottom, roll it into a ball, and press it into a small cake shape.
8. Arrange the sesame cakes into the baking pan, leaving a certain space in the middle to prevent them from swelling and sticking during baking.
9. Brush a little egg wash or sugar water on the sesame cake pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 170 degrees. Bake over high and low heat for 20 minutes.
