Living habits of white shrimp
White shrimp mainly lives in the open waters of lakes and large rivers in lakes. It dives into the lower water during the day and rises to the upper layer of the lake at night, so shrimp production is high and it likes light. White shrimp is an omnivore, which feeds on zooplankton, plant debris and bacteria all its life. Rich in Taihu Lake, known as one of the "Three Treasures of Taihu Lake", it is a local specialty of Hulun Lake in Inner Mongolia.
