Method:
1. Cut pork loin into thin slices, add soy sauce, cooking wine and starch and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat a pan with cool oil and deep-fry the pork slices until golden brown.
3. In a saucepan, add onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili peppers and add a little water to boil.
4. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar to taste, stir until the sugar dissolves.
