Authentic Northeastern Style Pork in Pot
The Northeastern old-fashioned pot roast is a traditional dish with excellent color and flavor, the following is the authentic way:

Method:

1. Cut pork loin into thin slices, add soy sauce, cooking wine and starch and marinate for 15 minutes.
