Step 1
First, clean the tribute and soak it in clear water for about 30 minutes.
Second step
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot. After the water boils, put the chopped tributes into the pot, put them into the water, and immediately take them out to cool.
Third step
Put the cooled tribute into a container, then add sesame oil, rock sugar, a pinch of salt, soy sauce and chopped pepper to the red oil and mix well.
Fourth step
Mix well, cover it, let it stand for 30 minutes, and put it in the refrigerator overnight. It will taste better the next day.
