Steps
1. Wash the meat and slice thinly.
2. Boil water in a pot, drop in cooking wine, add the meat and scald it.
3. Tear slices of cabbage, soak in salted water and wash again, and set aside.
4. Cut some garlic leaves, slice garlic and shred ginger.
5. Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic slices and ginger.
6. Put in the sliced meat and stir fry.
7. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry.
8. Add cabbage.
9. Add vinegar, and a little dark soy sauce, stir fry.
10. Add garlic leaves, and salt, stir-fry for two or three minutes.
