Mung beans two small, washed, plus water soak overnight.

Prepare a container for mung bean sprouts, if it can leak water and can be closed container each one. I used my grandmother's old-fashioned rice cooker, which is said to work very well.

The next day, the soaked mung beans into the old-fashioned rice cooker liner (leaky container), in the faucet where a little bit of water, and then into the pot (closed container), put the lid on the pot, and put it in a ventilated cool place.
Note that the water must be fresh water, not oil.

On the third day, open the lid of the pot and remove the inner container, you will find that the mung beans have sprouted, still dripping with water as on the previous day, cover, and put away.

The fourth day is still like the third day of drenching,.
On the fifth day, drizzle the water and you will see that the mung bean sprouts have grown up to the lid of the pot.

On the sixth day the mung bean sprouts have grown even longer, remove the long mung bean sprouts, place them in a container, and put them in the refrigerator.
There will be some roots on the mung bean sprouts, you can remove them or they will affect the taste.
Remember to put it in the refrigerator, otherwise the mung bean sprouts will continue to grow, and when they grow old, they won't taste good.
Homemade mung bean sprouts tender and healthy Oh, like the hurry to try it.
Precautions
The length of time the bean sprouts grow has a lot to do with the temperature, so depending on the situation, usually 4-6 days to grow well.
Remember to always keep the bean sprouts in the refrigerator after taking them out to prevent them from growing old.
