Wash the chicken liver, slice it, grab it evenly with cooking wine, salt and starch, add a little oil and mix well, and marinate it for about 10 minutes.

Quickly pour the sauce into the pot, stir well and turn off the heat.
Finally, pour a few drops of sesame oil and serve. Sesame oil is just a decorative fragrance, so don't put too much.
