Ingredients
Milk 50ml Water 50ml Liquid Vegetable Oil 1 and 1/2 tbsp Tapioca Flour (or Groundnut Flour) 100g Whole Egg (Beaten) 1 Parmesan Cheese Flour 30g
Methods
1
Put the Milk, Water and Liquid Vegetable Oil on a rolling boil, then take off the heat
2
Put the Tapioca Flour into the mixing bowl. Tapioca flour and mix into a ball
3
Place step 2 in a mixing bowl and add the egg mixture in small batches, mixing well with a wooden spoon or gloved hands (this is a stiff ball of dough, so it takes a bit of effort to mix it, but a mixer would be easier)
4
Add the Parmesan cheese mix and mix well
5
The mixture is very sticky, so wipe your hands with the liquid. To prevent it from sticking to your hands, rub your hands with liquid vegetable oil and roll out the dough from step 4 into small balls of about 20 grams each, then line them up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 18-20 minutes.
6
The dough is not only soft and creamy, but also has a light, savory cheese flavor.
