Do you want to blanch the kelp?
You don't need to cook kelp before eating it. Soak the kelp before washing it.

4. Pour kelp silk into boiling water and cook until cooked.
5. Take out the kelp silk, control the water and let it cool.

Fried shredded seaweed
Ingredients: dried Chili with kelp, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, salt and monosodium glutamate.
1. Wash kelp and soak it in clear water for about two hours.
2. Cut the dried Chili into small pieces (add more or less according to personal preference)
3. Put oil in the pot. When the oil is 7% cooked, add pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, and stir-fry in the sea. Add cooking wine and stir-fry for a while.
4. Add soy sauce and vinegar (a small amount is enough) and stir fry. When kelp is almost the same, add salt and monosodium glutamate and stir fry. Just boil the pot. Tip: If you like meat, you can add some minced meat. Stir-fry minced meat in a pot, then add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and chicken essence, and stir-fry in a pot for later use. Then make kelp with the above steps. When the kelp is almost ready, add the fried minced meat and stir together.
