Step 1
Just finished refining suet, out of a bowl of suet dregs, just to quench the appetite. The dregs, onions and scallions will be sauteed in a pan first, and some oil will come out of the dregs of the goat's oil.
Step 2
After the oil is released, add chili peppers, cumin, edamame, onions and peppers. Add 2 bottles of white wine, add salt, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
Step 3
It smells so good, it tastes like lamb skewers.

Pair it with some plum wine.
