Materials
Flour (some), baking powder, olive oil, salt, sugar, water, bananas, walnuts, sausage, etc.
Methods
1. Mix the flour in a large bowl (I use stainless steel) with baking powder (half a tablespoon of it), salt, sugar (the sugar is twice as much as the salt), a tablespoon of olive oil and a good amount of water and mix it all together, and knead it hard! (Add water if it's dry and flour if it's wet)
2. Fermentation After you've finished mixing the dough, let it sit for 30 minutes in a place with 70% humidity and a temperature of 30-40°c. (You can usually put the dough in a small pot with a bigger bowl (with hot water in it) and leave it there for 30 minutes, right? Wait for it to ferment.
3. After 30 minutes, use your fingers to pinch the dough, if the flour does not bounce back up to hide the holes, then the fermentation is complete, otherwise it is not, you need to ferment for a while longer.
4. Put the fermented dough in the panel and let it rest for 15 minutes. (can be cut and then placed)
5. This step is free to play it, the dough into a variety of shapes, plus filling, at your disposal favorite ~ ~ ~ ~ (after the banana slices, sausage was also sliced, walnuts cut into small pieces, on the three fillings)
6.
2. Be sure to preheat the oven.
