Step 1: Prepare tofu
Cut the tofu into good-sized pieces and blanch it in boiling water to make it firmer.

Step 3: Yong Tau Foo
1. Scoop out a small piece from the middle of the tofu, and then fill the tofu with the filling.
2. Put the stuffed tofu into the steamer and steam for about 10 minutes.
3. Take out the steamed tofu and blanch it in hot water to make it firmer.
4. Finally, cut the stuffed tofu into small pieces and serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. The water temperature for blanching tofu should not be too high to prevent the beans from rotting.
2. When filling the filling, do not fill it too full to avoid the filling flowing out after being cooked.
3. You can add an appropriate amount of pepper, cumin and other seasonings according to your own taste to increase the taste.
