Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded fish plate, 1/2 cup cherry blossom shrimp, 2 stalks of celery, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp grated ginger
How to make
Method
(1) Boil the shrimp in hot water for 3 minutes.
(1) Boil the cherry blossom shrimp in hot water for 3 minutes, drain and set aside.
(2) Wash and drain the celery, and slice it diagonally into thin slices about 0.3mm thick.
(3) Mix all ingredients and seasonings together, and serve on a plate.
