What I often do doesn't need to be complicated. In fact, I just wash the shrimp, dry it, mix it well with a little Jinlong oil, if there is salt and pepper, then stir-fry it in a dry pot (if there is no salt and pepper, stir-fry it in the pot, then add the shrimp), stir-fry it for 3-5 minutes with high fire, add some chopped green onion, put it in a microwave oven and bake it for a few minutes on medium heat (time depends on the shrimp)
