Formula and making method of red bean zongzi
Nuo Nuo's zongzi

Ingredients: Zongye, glutinous rice, candied dates, raisins and red beans.

Exercise:

1. Wash glutinous rice, soak in clear water for 3 hours, and wash zongzi leaves with boiling water (the leaves are easy to use and sterilized).

2. Fold the scalded rice leaves in half, and wrap the soaked rice, prepared candied dates, raisins and cooked red beans respectively.

3. Put the wrapped zongzi into the pressure cooker. I chose the bean boiling mode, and 1 hour is ok.

Tip: soak glutinous rice for more time, not less than 3 hours. The longer the soaking time, the softer it will be.
