Add seasonings to the ground pork and mix with clockwise stirring to bring out the tendons and make it sticky, marinate for about 15 minutes until it tastes good
Peel the snow white mushrooms, remove the bottoms and flake them (fold the long ones in half), put them into a pan with no oil, fry them over low heat until the water releases and they become translucent, then set aside and let them cool
Destroy the cabbage, remove the hard stalks and cut it into pieces, add salt (1 tbsp for each ingredient), marinate them until the water comes out and the green color goes away, then squeeze out the juice from the vegetables
Move a deep bowl and mix the dumplings into a deep bowl. p>
Take a deep pot and mix the filling with the ingredients of Methods 1, 2, and 3
Put the filling into the dumpling skin and seal it tightly to complete the dumpling wrapping process.
Boil a pot of water and add the dumplings when the water comes to a boil. When the dumplings are cooked, remove them from the pot and drain them well.
