Puerto Cá rdenas, lazaro is located in the Gulf of Mexico, connected to the Atlantic Ocean through the straits of florida between Florida Peninsula and Cuba Island, and connected to the Caribbean Sea through the Yucatan Strait between Cuba and Yucatan Peninsula.
