Pizza crust making:
Wheat rich flour 400g, wheat flour 200g Ingredients: yeast 12g, egg yolk 20g, raisins 60g, rum, 30g Seasoning: salt 12g, sugar 35g, olive oil 40g.
Tips for making Fruit Pizza
1. Put the dry yeast into a small bowl and add warm water (300ml) and mix well;
2. Sift the high gluten flour and the low gluten flour into a steel bowl, add the yeast and mix well;
3. Add the olive oil, salt, sugar and egg yolk and knead well to form a dough;
4. Take out the dough and beat it until the dough is smooth. Punch down the dough until it is smooth, then roll it out and cover with plastic wrap for a basic fermentation period of about 35 minutes;
5. When the dough has doubled in size, divide it into three smaller balls, roll it out again, and cover with plastic wrap for a second fermentation period of about 30 minutes;

Homemade Creamy White Sauce
Materials: 40 grams of cream, 40 grams of chopped onion, 1 cinnamon leaf, 10 grams of minced garlic, 60 grams of flour, 500 milliliters of stock, 200 milliliters of fresh milk, 50 milliliters of animal cream, 15 milliliters of white wine, salt, sugar to taste.

How to make fruit pizza:
1. Place the crust in an oiled baking dish and transfer to a preheated 210℃ baking sheet;

8. Transfer the crust to the preheated oven at 200℃ and bake for about 3 minutes;
9. Bake for about 3 minutes;
9. Remove from the oven when the cheese is golden brown.
