1. Prepare a piece of old tofu. We cut it twice in the middle, then cut it into small pieces and put it on a plate.

6. Take a small basin, add an appropriate amount of water, and then make a sauce. Add 2 grams of salt, 3 grams of sugar, 10 grams of light soy sauce, and 5 grams of oyster sauce. Stir to dissolve the seasoning.

11. Add a little more base oil to the pot, pour in minced garlic and chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.
12. After frying until fragrant, add a little bean paste, stir-fry until it melts, and stir-fry until the red oil comes out.
13. After everything is stir-fried, pour in the prepared sauce.
14. After the water boils, add the fried tofu, reduce to low heat and simmer for two minutes to allow the tofu to slowly absorb the flavor.
15. After two minutes, stir in a little water starch and turn up the heat to reduce the soup.
16. After the soup is thickened, turn off the heat, sprinkle with a little chopped green onion, and take it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
