2. Vitamins are mostly concentrated in egg yolk. Egg yolk contains valuable vitamins A and D, as well as vitamins E and K, which belong to "fat-soluble vitamins";
3. Various trace elements are also concentrated in egg yolk. Egg yolk contains a lot of phosphorus and iron.
4. Egg yolk is a good source of lutein and zeaxanthin. Studies have shown that more than one third of the fat-soluble yellow substances in egg yolk come from these two components and are easily absorbed by the human body.
