1, prepare picture material, that is, many continuous photos to make moving pictures. Put them in the same folder and name them in order.

2. After naming, open it in PS first.

3. First create a new layer.

4. Add the second picture.

5. Repeat the above steps and add all the pictures in order.

6. After adding all the pictures, we can open the Timeline, set the number of seconds to play each picture, and then play it to see how it works. If you feel discordant, you can adjust the delay seconds appropriately.

7. After adjustment, click "Save as web format" to export. After selecting the GIF format, click Save and Export to make a GIF dynamic picture.
