How to drink glutinous rice wine stewed chicken, velvet antler, red dates and codonopsis pilosula;
Stewed chicken with ginseng antler
Ingredients: 20ml of glutinous rice wine, pilose antler10g, 20g of codonopsis pilosula, 2g of angelica10g, 2 red dates, 250g of skinless chicken and 3 slices of ginger.
Production process:
Wash the chicken, cut it into small pieces, add velvet antler, ginger and red dates, add 500 ml of water and steam for 2 hours. Then add 20ml of glutinous rice wine, stir thoroughly, and cook for about 10 minutes before drinking. Season with salt and serve.
