Ingredients
Oatmeal 60 grams, fresh milk 500 grams, 4 whole eggs, sugar 100 grams, raisins
Practice
1. Boil 1/2 of the fresh milk and add it to the oatmeal.
2. Heat the remaining 1/2 of the milk to 40℃, then add the whole egg and granulated sugar, mix well with a whisk in the same direction, then sieve twice, and then add the oatmeal that was soaked in Method 1 and mix well.
3. Pour the pudding mixture of Method 2 into a cup (how many minutes full?), cover with a piece of plastic wrap, and set aside.
