1 Mark the cucumber on the front and back first.
Cut off a little skin on the front and back of cucumber with a knife to mark the front and back.
2. On the front side, use an oblique knife with an inclination of 45, and evenly cut out a slice of about 1mm, which is too thick to be pulled open and unsightly, and too thin to be easily broken.
