Prepare some wide-mouthed glass bottles, then put the cultured bacteria liquid in, add a little Acetobacter xylinum nutrient and stir well. The main component of the biofilm is Acetobacter xylinum, and some nutrients of Acetobacter xylinum are added. The long fungus membrane is tough and chewy. It can grow without nutrition, but the activity of Acetobacter xylinum will slowly decrease after long-term propagation, and the membrane will grow slowly or not, which is perishable and inflexible. Every time Acetobacter xylinum nutrient film is added to the culture, it will grow well.
Bottle the bacterial liquid about 10 cm, don't fill it completely, then seal it with a square towel, gently cover it, just don't seal it, and a layer will grow after 4-5 days.
The main factors affecting the growth rate of biofilm are temperature, humidity, PH value and water quality. It is necessary to cultivate black tea fungus with pollution-free water.
The optimum temperature for the growth of biofilm is about 22℃ and 25℃, the humidity is about 65, and the acidity of bacterial liquid is about PH3.0. If these conditions are met, a layer of biofilm will grow in 2-3 days, and it can be taken out to mix cold dishes when it is about 0.5 cm long. Take out the bacterial membrane, add some new bacterial liquid and Acetobacter xylinum nutrients, and continue to reproduce.
