Fresh milk or dairy products are made of water, sugar, sour agent, etc. The content of protein in the product is not less than 1.0%, and the content of protein is not less than 0.7%, which is called milk beverage.

Fermented milk beverage

Milk made from fresh milk or dairy products by lactic acid bacteria culture and fermentation is mixed with water and sugar solution. The finished product with protein content not less than 1.0% is called lactic acid bacteria milk beverage, and the protein content not less than 0.7% is called lactic acid bacteria beverage.
