Preparation materials: pitaya, condensed milk
Steps:
1. Wash pitaya, cut off the edges and corners on the epidermis, and cut off the epidermis and a thin layer with a skin scraper.
2. Remove the pulp and leave only the skin.
3. Cut the skin into pieces.
4. Peel and dice into a mixing cup, add 250g of mineral water or purified water, and add one tablespoon of condensed milk, about 10g.
5. Break it with a hand-held stirring stick, stop for a while and hit it a few times.
6. Just pour it into the cup.
