The reason why it is called pumpkin, sweet potato and shrimp is because this process looks a bit "blind"-just put the things that look good together in the refrigerator. But if you like pumpkin and sweet potato, you can try it. I think it tastes good.
1 Cut the pumpkin and sweet potato into small pieces. Sprinkle with chopped black pepper and mix with vanilla. Bake it in the oven until it's half cooked.
Beat an egg and dip the shrimp in the egg liquid for later use.

2. Take sweet potato, peel it, cut it into strips and soak it in water, otherwise it will turn black easily. In fact, sweet potatoes can also be replaced with potatoes. When I first made it, I had both. I thought sweet potatoes were better!
3. Heat the oil in the small oil pan to 70% heat, and turn to low heat. Drain the red French fries and fry them in a pan. Be sure to drain it, or the oil will splash into the water, or throw the sweet potato strips into the pot like me and run away until the oil spills, hehe ~
4. Deep-fry the sweet potato strips until the edges and corners of the whole body turn golden. You can fry what you like, but be careful not to fry! The fried French fries can be drained on kitchen paper.
5. Just cut the onion into small pieces and crush the garlic. Slice the ginger, cut the fresh peppers into small rings, and cut the dried peppers or break them off directly (I don't have dried peppers in China, so I can only use small dried peppers in the middle instead, because these small ones are generally spicy and gray, so I usually only use three to five, and children who like spicy food can increase this amount appropriately). Tips:
Shrimp should not be eaten with some fruits. Shrimp is rich in nutrients such as protein and calcium. If fruits containing tannic acid, such as grapes, pomegranates, hawthorn and persimmons, are used for treatment, not only will the nutritional value of protein be reduced, but when tannic acid is combined with calcium salt to form calcium tannic acid, it will also stimulate the gastrointestinal tract and cause discomfort, vomiting, dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Seafood should be eaten with these fruits at least 2 hours apart.
Don't eat cold drinks, watermelons and other foods within 1 hour after eating shrimp.
Sweet potato should not be eaten with persimmon.
