Homemade snacks of dried carrots

Ingredients

1300g carrots, 350g rock sugar, 1 bowl of water, appropriate amount of powdered sugar.

Method

1. Choose fresh carrots, preferably medium carrots, peel and slice them into uniform slices of about 3-5mm.

2. Put the carrot slices into the pot, add a little more than 1 bowl of rock sugar and water, cook for 18-20 minutes, until slightly cooked.

3. Drain the cooked radishes, place them on a baking sheet, and bake them at 80 degrees for 3 hours. The super delicious dried radish is ready.

Note: Seal the prepared radishes and put them in a cool place. You can also choose not to use the oven and dry it in the sun after cooking.
