Method: Core the hawthorn, mash it or add water and stir it into hawthorn slurry, then add 1catties of water and 4 taels of white sugar to the hawthorn slurry, bring to a boil. After completely cooling, add wine yeast and mix evenly. Bottle and keep the temperature at 18-25 Ferment for 5-7 days. Then use a siphon or gauze to filter the remaining wine, put it into ordinary wine bottles, and seal the bottle mouth.
Note: It can be drunk after being stored at a constant temperature of 15-20 degrees for 30 days. The storage time should not be too short or too long.
The time is short and the taste of the wine is not mellow. The fruity aroma fades over time. It is suitable to store it for 1 months to half a year.
