The soup for boiling sheep bones recommends sheep bones and sheep spines. Sheep bones in these parts contain more calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, collagen and other components.
Ingredients: sheep bone (sheep spine), onion, ginger, pepper, spice package.
Output: 1. Chop sheep bones (sheep spine) into sections, wash them, stir-fry them in water, boil the blood out, and then wash them for later use.
2. Cook oil from the pot. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, stir-fry pepper and ginger slices, then add sheep bones, stir-fry wine, add water and spice bags, cover the pot and stew for 1~2h.
3. Cook until the soup turns white, remove the seasoning, add salt, put it in a soup bowl, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
