Sang Yi wanted to start over with Yoo Jin, but Yoo Jin refused because she only had Joon Sang in her heart, and Sang Yi said he would wait for her forever. Sang Yi returned home and told his father that he wanted to start over with Yoo Jin and asked him to help him convince his mother, but his father refused and told him that Joon Sang is actually his son and that the two of them love each other and that Joon Sang and Yoo Jin should be allowed to be together. Sang Yi snatched the door and went out of the house. Sang Yi's mother found the paternity certificate and blamed the professor, so she fell ill. The next day Sang Yi meets with Yeo Jin and tells her that it's useless even if she objects, he has resolved to quit his job and study abroad with Yeo Jin. Afterwards, Sang Yeok goes to see Joong Sang and asks him to help convince Yoo Jin, and Joong Sang agrees because he feels ashamed of Sang Yeok. The doctor tells Joon-sang that he has to have an operation immediately and will probably lose his eyesight. Joon-sang decides to finish the drawings of the villa model made by Yi-jin before he loses his eyesight. Joon Sang meets Sang Yi before he leaves and tells him that he will never come back and asks him to take good care of Yoo Jin. When Sang Yi returns home, he receives a call from the doctor who was supposed to call the professor and learns the real reason why Joong Sang left. Sang Yeok tells Yeo Jin the truth and they chase him to the airport where Joong Sang has already left. Sang Yeok, out of guilt, buys Yoo Jin a plane ticket to the US, but Yoo Jin remembers her promise with Joong Sang not to see him again, and leaves the plane ticket for the US and goes to France alone. Three years later, Yoo-jin, Sang-yi, Jin-sook, Yong-guk, and Chae-ling meet. Yong Gook and Jin Sook get married and have a daughter. Jung Ah reads about the villa in a magazine and thinks someone stole Yoo Jin's design and tells Yoo Jin. Yoo Jin went to the villa. Joon Sang returns home, he has gone blind and reminisces about his past at the villa. When he leaves, Yoo Jin comes in and sees the puzzle on the wall and remembers the past. Jun Sang returns to the villa because he dropped something. The two finally meet again ......
