How to choose durian

Judging the maturity of durian by whether the stem of durian root falls off or not, if the stem of durian is thick and complete, it means that durian is fresh, but the stem of durian with joint falling off is mature, the pulp is rotten and smelly, and the joint is intact, then durian is raw, so durian tastes raw and not very delicious. Fresh durian that has just been picked will leave traces when pinched with nails, while durian with small fruit handle means that it has been picked and stored for a long time, which is neither fresh nor delicious.

Pick up a slightly cracked durian and judge whether the durian is mature or not by the smell from the crack. If durian smells too weak and has a green taste, it means that durian is not mature enough to eat for a few more days; If durian smells like alcohol, it is because the sugar in durian has dissolved, which means durian is overcooked or even spoiled, and it will taste slightly bitter.
