According to Wikipedia, Harbin Beer is a China enterprise, not a state-owned enterprise or a Japanese enterprise. Harbin Beer was born in 1900, which is the earliest beer brand in China and the earliest beer producer in China. Harbin beer not only occupies a high market share in the three northeastern provinces, but also is exported to more than 20 countries and regions such as Britain, Russia, Singapore and Hong Kong. In 2004, Harbin Beer was acquired and privatized by American brewer Anheuser, and later owned by Belgian Budweiser InBev Group, but this did not affect its local characteristics and brand image in China.
